JFK Activities Portal

Welcome to the JFK Activities Portal!

This is a new feature on Evidence for Learning that allows you to access links to activities and strategies to use at home to support communication, independence, life skills and more.  The aim of this portal is to share activities and learning strategies more easily with families.

Currently, we will be using this portal to share a range of general activities and strategies to support home learning during this period of school closure, pages will be added regularly during this time with further ideas for activities which can be completed at home. However, in the future we hope to use this platform to share some more individually targeted pages, an example of this, might be after an Annual Review Meeting when you would like to know how something is done in school successfully. No personal information or photos will be shared on this channel generally in line with our data handling processes and GDPR.

All activity pages are clearly labelled to help you choose an activity to complete at home, you can see an example of how an activity page will look in the image below.

How do I access the JFK Activities Portal?

All JFK parents have been emailed two emails from Evidence for Learning (keep them safe) containing:

• a web link to the portal 
• your password

Please make sure the school has an up to date email address.

In the video link below, you will find a video guide to support in viewing how to access and log in to view the JFK Activities Portal. Access the link within the first email received from Evidence for Learning and log in using the password provided within the second email received from Evidence for Learning.

When you have logged in, you will be able to search for activities to complete at home, by accessing the activity tab at the top of the page (circled yellow). When you have completed the activity, you will also be able to provide the school with any photos or comments related to completing the activity that you may wish to, you can do this by accessing the upload tab at the top of the page (circled green).
